In the unlikely event you receive incorrect products please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a photo of what you received, the order number and a contact number. You may only return your new, un-opened and unused items (excluding crystals) within 14 days of purchase for a refund by contacting email@example.com.
Crystals sold are non-refundable. No returns or refunds will be given on change of mind, or on any broken or damaged items, unless damaged in transit or if deemed to be a manufacturing fault. If by chance you receive an item and it has been damaged in transit, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving the delivery via firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure to attach photos for our reference. Please note that pre-authorisation is required for all refunds, exchanges and returns.
For hygiene reasons, unused products and opened boxes CANNOT be returned or refunded, no exceptions. All our items undergo rigorous quality control. If for some reason you receive a faulty item please contact us at email@example.com – we are happy to replace faulty products and discuss a solution for you. Returns are fully inspected to verify our terms have been met. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our terms. Original and return shipping and handling fees are non refundable unless a wrong item or defective product was received.
Each crystal is carefully checked before it is packed for delivery. With each crystal unique and from the earth, no two crystals are the same. Due to the material of the products being natural, small imperfections are normal. Please keep in mind that crystals tend to vary in size and colour. Crystals are to be used internally at customer’s discretion.
